Topics to be discussed include: emergency situations, first aid, checklist before you stay alone the first time, kitchen safety, fire safety, making a 911 call, internet safety and more. Robotics (Students Grades 4-6)Youth Sports / EnrichmentStudents participating in robotics work in small teams collaboratively to design, build, program, and drive robots. The students will then compete at local VEX IQ Tournaments with other teams from the area, for awards, trophies, and chances to go to the State, and Worlds Tournament. This is an excellent opportunity for students to enhance their science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) skills through this exciting hands-on experience. This year's game is Level Up! Additional practices may be added as needed. Class registrations are limited per grade level. Once each grade level cap is reached, students will be placed on a waiting list and contacted by the coaches if a spot becomes available. Registration Deadline: 9/14.
