Unwind from your day with this 60-minute all-levels yoga class designed to calm the body and quiet the mind. Each session includes traditional asana (yoga postures), pranayama (breathwork), and dhyana (meditation) to support physical well-being and inner balance. Participants should be able to transition from standing to seated positions independently. No prior yoga experience is necessary—just bring your breath, your body, and an open heart. Please arrive a few minutes early to set up your space. There are limited yoga mats and blocks available. Wear comfortable clothes you can move in.
