The game of pickleball can help you stay active and healthy while providing hours of social entertainment and enjoyment. All nights will be pick up pickleball games so no partner is required. Yin yoga is a practice designed to melt away tension and invite stillness into both body and mind. In Yin, postures are held gently for several (2–5) minutes at a time, allowing muscles to relax and deeper connective tissues to release. The pace is unhurried and meditative — perfect for anyone seeking balance, recovery, or calm during the winter season.No flexibility or prior yoga experience is needed — just a willingness to rest and receive. Each class is 45 minutes long, offering a spacious yet accessible pause before the week unfolds. You will be guided through each pose in a softly lit, peaceful space with props provided for support.
