Each session includes traditional asana (yoga postures), pranayama (breathwork), and dhyana (meditation) to support physical well-being and inner balance. Participants should be able to transition from standing to seated positions independently. No prior yoga experience is necessary—just bring your breath, your body, and an open heart.
