Vin Yoga
As the days grow colder, give yourself permission to slow down and breathe deeply. Yin yoga is a practice designed to melt away tension and invite stillness into both body and mind. In Yin, postures are held gently for several (2–5) minutes at a time, allowing muscles to relax and deeper connective tissues to release. The pace is unhurried and meditative — perfect for anyone seeking balance, recovery, or calm during the winter season. No flexibility or prior yoga experience is needed — just a willingness to rest and receive. Each class is 45 minutes long, offering a spacious yet accessible pause before the week unfolds. You will be guided through each pose in a softly lit, peaceful space with props provided for support. Expect quiet music, gentle cues, moments of stillness, and time to simply be. Bring to class: A blanket and an open mind. Mats, bolsters, and blocks are provided.
